Une petite ville des Etats-Unis devient le théâtre d’une histoire terrifiante dans laquelle un groupe d’hommes met en place une véritable chasse à l’homme, afin de venger le meurtre d’une petite fille par un habitant un peu simple d’esprit. Malheureusement, ces derniers vont se rendre compte une fois leur méfait accompli que l’homme en question était innocent des accusations portées contre lui.
